What is PKU?

Without treatment, phenylalanine builds up in the bloodstream and can cause serious health problems. Managing PKU requires a strict, specialized diet for life. Children with PKU must avoid foods high in protein and rely on specially formulated medical foods and supplements.

What is EB?

The cost of caring for a child with EB can be overwhelming for families, especially in underserved regions.
